Position Details:
• 18,000 square foot multi-specialty clinic just outside Champaign

Compensation and Benefits:
• $400k never-ending base salary plus production bonuses
• Current FM providers in the clinic are making $550K annually
• $25k signing bonus and a $2000 monthly residency stipend
