A newly remodeled, 25-bed critical access hospital in Central Washington is looking for a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join its close-knit, team-based practice.

Work alongside 3 physicians and 2 PAs who are passionate about providing exceptional care to the community. With three of the five staff members having been with the practice for over a decade, it's a testament to the practice's supportive culture, work-life balance, and competitive compensation.

The Position:
• Epic EMR
• 100% Outpatient Role
• No Call, Nights, or Weekends
• Comfortable Patient Volumes

Compensation:
• $275,000 Base Salary Guarantee
• $50,000 Sign-On, $20,000 Retention Bonus Years 2 & 3
