Community Physician Network is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice on the South side (Greenwood, Indiana).

• Shared call schedule
• Team-Based Care Model
• Fully integrated EPIC EMR system
• Full onsite lab services
• Large group of specialists based nearby, including at Community Hospital South

Licensure & Certifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

Desired Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with the care team
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
