This opportunity is located at our Community Hospital North campus.

Community Physician Network is seeking a Physician Assistant to work with our Sleep Medicine group at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN.

• Full time Monday through Friday schedule
• No call or weekends
• Outpatient only
• Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC)
• Competitive compensation and benefits package
• Candidates with Sleep Medicine Experience strongly preferred

Licensure & Certifications

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
