Experience - 8-10 years in Sheet Metal industry

Education - Diploma/BE Mechanical/Mechatronics

• Provide quality technical support to customers for high level of customer satisfaction in terms of courtesy, response & continuous customer engagement. Create a high level of contribution towards machine selling by delivering top class service to the customer with effective communication & faster problem solving.
• Responsible for sales growth of service-related products, keeping customer satisfaction in mind all the time. Work towards customer satisfaction in line with TRUMPF group guidelines for technical support & meeting customer expectations in terms of machine installations, repairs, maintenance, projects etc.

• This position is responsible to provide quality technical support to customers for high level of customer satisfaction in terms of speedy recovery of breakdowns, reliability of the repairs, machine availability, performing high quality installation start up, performing preventive maintenances & provide operator’s maintenance training as per pre-set processes

• Being the face of TRUMPF, it is extremely essential to be disciplined & courteous in terms of response, communication & documentation, key being the quality and speed Provide exceptional customer service
• Pursue machine root cause diagnostics for critical problems along with the respective inhouse-service to solve the problems permanently across the installed base
• Travel up to 100%. Travel includes regional, national & international travel
