Expedient has an immediate opening for an experienced and results-driven Field Marketing Director to lead our strategic field marketing initiatives and team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth within specific geographical regions. The ideal candidate has an understanding of cloud technology (or comparable domain), a proven track record of impact in B2B marketing, and exceptional leadership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute tailored field marketing strategies aligned with sales leadership within designated regions to drive brand recognition and customer engagement.
- Implement lead generation programs, including events (proprietary, partner, industry, community), and experiences to capture, progress, and nurture prospects and clients
- Plan, organize, and execute regional events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions, build relationships, and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align regional marketing initiatives with sales goals, ensuring a streamlined handoff of leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate across regional teams, Performance Marketing, product management and other teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
- Manage the field marketing budget efficiently, tracking and reporting on ROI for all marketing activities.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Build and manage a high-performing field marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure success.Â
- Â Work closely with the content marketing team to create region-specific marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, etc.
- Work with regional teams to nurture successful clients to be advocates for the brand including participating in webinars, campaigns, case studies, etc.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the success of field marketing initiatives to senior management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5-7 years’ experience in high-tech marketing with consistent increase in responsibility and scope.
- Candidates should be based in one of the Expedient markets (listed above)
- Proven track record in B2B field marketing, high-tech industry. Cloud (or tangential domain) experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional proven leadership and demonstrated effective team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in previous roles where the ability to think strategically and execute tactically are highly desired.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software (Salesforce, 6Sense, etc.).
- Willingness to travel as needed to support regional marketing initiatives.
Salary for this role is directly commensurate with your professional experience. Annualy range $90,000 to $130,000.
