Field Marketing Manager

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity and B2B field marketing or demand generation with a strong emphasis on planning and managing events and executing ABM campaigns.

• Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with Sales and Channel Partner teams on joint initiatives with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and ideally ABM-specific tools.

• Writing & Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with a proven ability to craft compelling and clear email copy for pre- and post-event communications invitations and follow-ups.

• Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical skills to track campaign performance interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize event strategies.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.

Travel: Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned region for events and meetings as required (approx. 25-30% ).

Pay Range Disclosure (For US openings only)

Cobalt is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is 95000 - 119000 + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to relevant work experience skills and certifications.  The salary range may differ in other states and may be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan cities.
