Finance Analyst (CONTRACT) Hybrid

Broadridge is Growing! We are looking for aFinance Analyst to assist in documenting controls and performing system reconciliations as a result manual tasks that need be monitored and reported. Some light project management skills will be required to ensure timely delivery of milestone project tasks.

Work Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be coming into the Newark office 2 days a week andgiven the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Accounts Payable team to document system control processes and reconciliations

- Perform light project management tasks

- Coordinate with offshore team to perform various tasks that will be monitored and reported

- - Coordinate with third-party implementation partner to solution manual workaround for system gaps

- - Provide regular updates to senior management on system controls and recommendation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, preferred

- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable or procurement

- project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

-Ability to work independently with little direction

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail

- Knowledge of process documentation a plus mergers and acquisitions best practices, regulations, and accounting standards

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders

- Knowledge of Oracle or Zycus a plus

Hourly range $45-55/hr
