Finance Manager

What you'll do:

• Lead profit plans, forecasts, actual vs budget analysis, cost control and recommendations
• Lead monthly Sales/Mix forecast and close. Provide margin analysis and recommendations.
• Deliver manufacturing productivity performance
• Deliver financial performance to achieve profit plan"
• Work with sales team for topline forecast preparation and analysis.
• Lead plant level commercial operations, including price/volume analysis, consolidated local profit, mix impacts, etc.
• Providing financial support on product line profitability, and support commercial teams.
• Responsible for CAPEX CAR preparation and all localization programs, fully taking charge of all related financial planning, analysis and review.
• Work with operation team on manufacturing productivity improvements.
• Supporting manufacturing foot-print optimization by driving more effective costing system.
• Drive CI cost out deliveries.
• Lead monthly forecast and closing on time with quality. Complete actual vs budget analysis on time and provide recommendations to management team.
• Lead annual profit plan. Coordination with all functions to develop a profit plan that support growth and profitability.
• Comply with policy, process, PRC, Tax and US GAAP etc. functional and business requirement.
• Other related finance daily works and requirement from Finance controller, such as local tax BSR Review, I&D works, etc

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting.
• More than five years working experience in foreign companies.
• Be familiar with the accounting standard of PRC and US GAAP.
• Be proficient in operating financial software.
• Master the operations of the office and communication equipment.
