Quality Engineer

What you'll do:

This position belongs to a part of Filtration Jining plant operations team, responsible for quality assurance on Jining plant level.

A. Serve as QMS maintainer for leading management review, process audits, internal audits and third-party certification audits. Monitor and control on valid procedure documents and operation records. Keep the QMS health according to requirements of ISO9001:2015.
B. Organize and report regularly to Division Quality Leader on the quality performances in COPQ, PPM, risk matrix assessment, etc. Support in reaching the requirements of Eaton Quality Management System policies.
C. Support as customer liaison for clarifying and fulfilling customer needs. This includes coordinating, accompanying of customer audits and tracking corrective action afterwards; confirming customer's inquiries of organization, quality and products information; dealing with customer complaints to complete the analyzing and improving with cross-functional team.

D. Work with global suppliers to handle the material issues and track the corrective actions. Responsible for supporting on localization projects through communication and standard processing with both global and local resources.
E. Establish in together with ASME certification agency the maintenance of ASME quality system. Retain records of material certificates, standard operation, etc. according to ASME Code requirements.
F. Serve as Hygiene Administrator of the organization to cooperate with Hygiene Supervision Institute for ensuring the production conditions and products in compliance with regulations of 'Drinking Water Related Hygiene Safety Product Manufacturing License'.
G. Help drive continuous improvement and activities related to Eaton Operation Assessment culture categories.
H. Work with cross-function team to support in quality aspects for new product development project or product transfer project utilizing Eaton project management tools.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' work experience as a Quality Engineer.

Skills:

• Knowledge of ISO9001 and auditing experience.
• Prior experience working with problem solving methodology.
• Good stress resistance, cooperation and communication skills.
• Efficient in English communication, both written and oral
