About the position

As a financial analyst on the finance team you'll work with the business to drive the successful development of financial business cases across key company initiatives. You will be able to build a business case for a SaaS product, model key drivers including bookings, price increases and churn to drive software recurring revenues. You will be able to model all revenue categories and be able to explain key drivers including pricing and unit assumptions. You will also be able to leverage your understanding of various cost drivers and including cost of sales and operating expenses to drive margins and profitability. This expertise will not be limited to internal projects but also be leveraged for potential M&A projects to drive accelerated growth across the business.

About you

• You have experience with SaaS and other business models full P&L statements
• You're familiar with the 3 Financial Statements and understand how they relate to each other
• You understand how to build a discounted cash flow model to value businesses
• You have great communication skills
• You are an advanced Excel user and excited to learn more about Google Sheets.
• You have experience using ERP (we use Netsuite), FP&A (we use Adaptive Insights), and CRM (we use Salesforce) tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent

Skilled with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications

Experience with Full P&L, Balance Sheets and Statements of Cash Flow

Power Excel/Google Sheets user

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Preferred

Experience with Netsuite, Oracle, Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, Qlik Sense, Domo

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a general office environment. High stress may occur. Requires the ability to communicate with employees, management team members, and external business contacts by phone, computer, and video conferencing. Open to Hybrid/Remote.
