Financial Data Analyst

The Analyst is responsible for creating monthly reports for leadership with ability to focus on Sales. The Analyst with work with the Team in updating the BI Tool, DOMO, to distribute Dashboards and Reporting more efficiently. Responsibilities and Duties of the Financial Data Analyst: · Compiles data from various systems for weekly and monthly reports focused on patient data metrics including referrals. · Assists with BI Reporting by: o Creating and automating reports used in business for distribution o Adding and/or maintaining new data as available. o Creating forecasting tools · Analyzes and reports on market data to assists in new markets and forecasts to leadership team for business planning. · Calculates Sales Team Monthly commissions in collaboration with the Chief Sales Officer. · Creates reports and dashboards in DOMO to help communicate to leadership business performance and outside parties understand the business. · Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends. · Contributes to the development of sales plans, commission plan, and objectives. · Assists in the annual budget process by working with leadership on sales goals, trends and related expenditure in each region. · Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to compile information into unified reports. · Prior experience with any BI Tool (DOMO or similar) · Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data trends. · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. · Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with an emphasis in mathematics or statistics required. · At least three years of experience preparing sales analyses and forecasts in a marketing environment required. · Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis. · Thorough understanding of project management. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
