Jr. Engagement Analyst

Position Summary As a Jr. Engagement Analyst, you will help our clients along their journey with GoExceed. This role requires a unique combination of strong data analysis skills and excellent client-facing abilities. The ideal candidate will help optimize the client’s data on a weekly basis, helping them realize the value of our products and services. This role will be key to managing client relationships post onboarding, making sure of high product adoption, client renewals and excellent client satisfaction. Responsibilities Client Engagement: ● Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and regular interactions. ● Develop trusted relationships with decision makers with each assigned client and provide support throughout the client’s journey. ● Understand each client’s strategic goals to make strategic and tactical recommendations based upon GoExceed’s products and services. ● Assists in Monthly/Quarterly Business reviews. ● Provide excellent client support by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. ● Assist in communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. ● Provide application training and onboarding support to clients as needed. ● Assist clients in understanding and utilizing our products and services effectively. Technical Analysis: ● Analyze data for trends and patterns and interpret data to align with clients’ requirements. ● Conduct monthly technical analysis to understand client data. ● Translate client data to help optimize and turn into actionable plans for clients. ● Interpreting statistics, writing client reports, and designing charts and graphs. ● Identify and integrate new datasets that can be leveraged through our product. ● Help solve problems across various domains and industries. ● Collaborate with Product Management on client’s feedback on our product and services Your Key Qualities and Skills ● Some experience in data analytics ● Good organizational and multitasking skills. ● Required experience with Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft programs. Preferred experience with SQL, Azure, Power BI. ● Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment that has several concurrent projects. ● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, or related discipline. ● Project management experience ● Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product adoption. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams and clients Why you’ll love it here.
