Responsibilities • Listen actively to customers and recommend the right flooring solutions based on their needs. • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in person. • Maintain strong organizational habits and support daily office functions. • Build and grow a personal portfolio of clients, including contractors, designers, and builders. • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals consistently. Requirements • Experience in flooring sales is aplus. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. • Strong work ethic, high energy, and commitment to excellence. • Results-driven and motivated to meet progressive sales quotas.
