Key Responsibilities:

• Lead critical financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting of costs and headcount, while partnering with key departments to understand and assess assumptions

• Support month-end close cycles, working with accounting teams as needed to ensure an accurate and timely financial close, with strict adherence to regional and global deadlines

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, dashboards, and analyses including all key performance metrics

• Review, analyze, and monitor financial performance, key performance metrics, and operational trends, providing insights to various stakeholders

• Synthesize information from multiple sources to understand key revenue and cost drivers, translate insights into actionable recommendations

• Work closely with Business Units in shaping the best FP&A practices to drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems by leveraging technology and automation where possible

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

• MBA, CFA, CPA or other advanced designation is an asset

• 5+ years in financial planning & analysis or related field

• Excellent knowledge of Excel is required

• Knowledge of SAP & PBI is an asset

• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, key financial metrics

• Able to synthesize and analyze large quantities of data to create useful information and concise analyses

• Critical and logical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset
