Job Summary:

As the Manager FP A, you will play a key role in providing financial reporting and analysis for the Sharecare organization. This role will partner with and provide support for senior leaders and their teams from a financial perspective including monthly forecasting, annual planning, billing, capital expenditures, monthly reporting and analysis, monthly presentations and ad-hoc projects. Additionally, this individual will actively identify process improvement opportunities and drive them to execution.

Essential Job Functions:

* Develop and execute controlled and efficient financial processes and procedures.

* Prepare and present accurate and thorough financial reporting to leadership containing clear, concise commentary driven by root-cause.

* Develop and maintain monthly standard reports and ad-hoc customized financial reports for senior leadership analysis.

* Partner with VPs and their teams to construct annual operating and capital plans.

* Work with teams to update monthly operating and capital forecasts.

* Grow financial performance through analysis and recommend action of optimization.

* Prepare financial modeling in support of business strategies.

* Partner with accounting, project management and supply chain to ensure that capital workflow approvals are tracked accurately.

* Perform data driven ad-hoc analysis as needed for leadership team.

* Perform hands on analysis and tasks and also lead direct reports.

Requirements

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

* 5+ years of work experience in a finance role

* High degree of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

* Proactive, analytical thinker with strong technical and financial experience

* Track record of improving processes with a continuous improvement mindset

* Demonstrated skill and comfort in building financial models and extracting actionable data

* Strong problem-solving skills -- listening, compiling facts and building consensus to bring conclusion to issues

Specific Skills/ Attributes:

* Strong desire and ability to work in a team/collaborative environment and build rapport with senior leaders, finance professionals and functional teams

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, including the senior executive level

* Experience in a fast paced, rapidly changing work environment
