Framer/Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Framer/Carpenter to join our stone design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and preparing framing structures to support stone installations, including countertops, walls, and custom stone features. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and an understanding of both woodworking and stone design principles, while also driving to and from job sites. Job Sites Examples: San Jose Redwood Sunnyvale Cupertino Santa Clara Palo Alto Los Altos Responsibilities • Construct and install frameworks for buildings using various materials, including wood and metal studs. • Utilize hand and power tools to perform carpentry tasks efficiently. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate measurements and designs. • Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time. • Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and operating equipment. Qualifications • Proven experience in carpentry and construction, particularly in frame carpentry and metal stud framing. • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools. • Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. • Experience with heavy lifting and operation of heavy equipment. • Knowledge of relevant premium skills such as concrete forming and masonry is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
