Front End Cashier

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front End Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience through excellent service and efficient operations. You will be responsible for managing transactions, making Smoothies and Drinks, and maintaining the front end of the store. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle cash transactions will be essential in providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently. • Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues. • Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate items. • Maintain cleanliness. Skills • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. • Experience in retail sales with a focus on customer service excellence. • Bilingual abilities are an advantage in serving diverse customer bases. • Knowledge of food operations is beneficial. • Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
