New Feature Development :Â Take full ownership of complex end-to-end feature development to enhance platform capabilities and deliver an exceptional user experience

Code Reviews : Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code adherence to coding standards.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Closely work together with product management design and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and the best solution.

Maintaining existing services

Documentation : Maintain and update technical documentation.

Knowledge Sharing : Contribute to team cohesion and skill development by facilitating collaborative learning sessions and actively support and guide team members at the local site helping them grow professionally and overcome technical challenges

5-7 years of experience in SaaS application development

Experience leading the development of features and projects and owning their completion

Proven experience with React

Proven experience with Typescript and NodeJs

Experience in developing REST APIs with express or with other Node.js library

Experience with AI assisted development proactive mindset towards integrating into daily workflows

Familiarity with at least some containerization technologies

Experience working in Agile environment using Scrum or Kanban methodologies
