Full Stack Developer

For our client based in Zug, we are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer. This role has a high percentage of Home Office within Switzerland. 

In this role, your main responsibility will be building applications using Go, React, and Svelte that are maintainable, well-documented, and include adequate test coverage.

You will collaborate with the rest of the team managing various layers of the infrastructure. Your role will be divided between backend work in GoLang (70%) and frontend development in React and Svelte (30%).

Your responsibilities:

• Develop scalable, robust, testable, and efficient code that's easy to maintain
• Build scalable applications capable of processing terabytes of data around the clock
• Translate software requirements into stable, high-performance solutions
• Contribute to architectural and design decisions, driving the development of an efficient, distributed microservices architecture

Your background:

• 3+ years of experience with the Go language 
• Proficient in working with PostgreSQL and Microsoft PowerBI databases, including query and table optimization
• Experienced in designing and developing RESTful APIs with a solid understanding of gRPC
• Strong front-end development skills with React, Svelte, CSS, and Next.js
• Basic knowledge of WordPress is a plus
• Knowledge of common Goroutine and channel patterns
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with expertise in debugging and optimizing code
• Ability to implement high performance high available enterprise applications
• Understanding of Bitcoin, UTXO-based systems, and blockchain technology is an advantage
• Experience with Bitcoin mining infrastructure is highly valued
• Familiar with managing and orchestrating mining hardware, especially SHA-256 ASIC miners, is a strong plus
• Exposure to DevOps practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial
• Fluent in English, German is nice to have
