Full Stack Developer for AI & Generative AI Applications (f/m/x)

Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in AI and Gernerative AI applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation a deep understanding of both fron-end and back-end development as well as the ability to ingreate AI technologies seamlessly into our client solutions. We advise and work with cutting-edge AI technologies that our clients request (e.g. Microsoft OpenAI IBM Google AWS). As a Software Developer you’ll participate in the full software development lifecycle such as design code implementation testing and support. You will create software that enables your clients’ AI and hybrid cloud journeys.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Envision design build and implement the software infrastructure and components using modern state-of-the-art frameworks and technologies
• Challenge ideas identify problems and create efficient solutions
• Develop flexible maintainable and scalable application components
• Be able to derive workable prototypes and proof of concepts within a few weeks as well as to devise full-scale enterprise-grade production over several months
• Implement and Integrate AI and GenAI solutions into our clients’ new and existing applications optimizing performance and ensuring scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of AI engineers architects data engineers designers project managers and other development peers
• Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and developments around full-stack development and AI to enhance our solution designs

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ideally up to 3 years of experience in full-stack development
• Proven experience with AI and GenAI applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering Physics Mathematics Data Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.js
• Strong preference for candidates who have at least 3 years of coding experience in Python as well as proficiency in JavaScript Java Node.js or similar
• Some familiarity with database technologies (SQL NoSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS Google Cloud)
• Experience in collaborative development practices in GitHub/GitLab
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs microservices architecture and containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
• Ideally experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch Keras or similar.
• Good conceptual understanding about Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning and Large Language Models
• Abillity to explain complex technical aspects in a clear and competent manner
• Pro-activity and ability to push things forward
• Fluent in English and German is a must (written & spoken) French and/or Italian are a valuable plus
• Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering Physics Mathematics Data Science or a related field is a strong plus.
