Your Role and Responsibilities
The IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC) Switzerland is looking for an intern to coordinate and support management activities at the cent er . While this position is predominately a management support function you may also get the opportunity to participate in some special projects and take on additional responsibility.

• Support the management with operational as well as administrative activities on a periodic basis
• Support for Management Reporting m eeting preparation and minutes
• Support for CIC operations
• Event organisation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as good time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a team environment with a strong commitment to deliver assigned tasks
• Flexibility depending on workload to respect timelines and m obility (in Switzerland: ideally based in Bern but with travel up to Zurich/Geneva)
• Strong in MS-Office especially with Word PowerPoint and Excel
• Written and spoken fluency in German (absolute must) and English. French would be a plus
• Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to create visually impacting and user-centric documents (e.g. presentations)
