Full Stack Developer (Java + React)

ISS STOXX is looking for a Full Stack Developer (Java + React) to join our Mumbai (Goregaon East), India team.

Overview:

This person will be a key ISS STOXX Data Development team member and will be focused on building modules of our next-generation Data framework. This person will need to be self-motivated, a quick learner, and be able to build out highly scalable, available, and well-engineered applications and processes.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.

• 2.5 to 3.5 years of real industry experience

• Expert level in Core Java and OOP concepts

• Moderate level with SQL programming in SQL Server or Oracle

• Moderate level with REST and SOAP APIs

• Moderate level with UI development and JS frameworks React

• Beginner to Intermediate level with Spring

• Good knowledge of Design Patterns, Algorithms, and Data-Types, and open-source libraries

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills

• Strong communication skills

• Experience with Agile development processes

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with version control systems like GIT

• Familiarity with Maven

• Familiarity with Jenkins

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
