Position:Full-Time Janitor Location:Skokie, IL PM Shift:2pm-10pm Job Summary We are seeking a diligent and experienced full-time Janitors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining clean and orderly environments, with specific experience in stripping and waxing floors. The Janitor will be responsible for ensuring that locker rooms, offices, and warehouse spaces are kept in pristine condition, reflecting our company's high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Key Responsibilities • Daily Cleaning:Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in locker rooms, offices, and warehouse spaces. • Floor Maintenance:Execute routine floor maintenance tasks, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors. • Sanitization:Ensure all restrooms, locker rooms, and high-touch areas are thoroughly sanitized. • Trash Management:Empty and dispose of trash in designated areas and replace liners as needed. • Restocking Supplies:Monitor and restock cleaning and restroom supplies as necessary. • Reporting:Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities Manager promptly. • Compliance:Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations. Requirements • Experience:Minimum of 2 years of janitorial experience, specifically including stripping and waxing floors. • Skills:Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and vacuum cleaners. • Attributes:Must exemplify company values of professionalism, dependability, and excellence. • References:Provide at least two professional references. • Availability:Full-time availability with flexibility for overtime if needed.
