This highly impressive community hospital is seeking a BC/BE family medicine provider to join its growing team! This is an opportunity to practice full-spectrum medicine and maximize your earnings without sacrificing your life outside of work.

Position Details:
•  Join a thriving, collaborative team of 7 providers at this modern facility, where autonomy is respected and earnings are exceptional, that is expanding to meet patient demand
•  Heavy outpatient practice with a true 4-day work week; 32 patient contact hours per week
•  Optimal clinical efficiency with dedicated support plus AI scribe
•  Modern facility equipped with advanced medical technology, in-house specialists, APPs, specialized clinics, and more

Compensation & Benefits:
•  Competitive base salary guarantee, plus wRVU, quality incentive, and patient experience bonuses
•  Providers in the practice are earning $550K-$600K+
•  $100k recruitment incentive package to include relocation, commencement, and retention bonuses
•  8+ weeks PTO, student loan repayment, IPERS, malpractice with tail, and more
