OB/GYN | Option for 2 Weeks Per Month in Iowa

An award-winning non-profit hospital and one of the nation's most integrated health systems is seeking an OB/GYN to join their experienced, four provider team due to an upcoming retirement (after 17 years with the group) in the Des Moines River Valley area in Iowa (IA):
•  Flexible scheduling options - including 2 weeks per month
•  Brand-new da Vinci onsite
•  Dedicated ultrasound team in OBGYN clinic
•  Dedicated mental health support for OBGYN patients
•  Strong physician support structure from collegial OBGYN providers, long-tenured hospital administration, 1:1 physician to nursing support, and more!
•  50/50 mix of OB/GYN with an option to incorporate up to 20% Urogyn, if desired
•  Clinic housed in hospital with a brand-new L&D suite just above and the OR just below; walk anywhere in 30 to 60 seconds
•  Brand-new surgery suite addition in process as the group continues to reinvest and grow
•  Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits:
•  Total year-one package up to $500,000 plus productivity potential (for full time)
•  $150,000 retention plus signing and relocation assistance (full time)
