Primary Care Outpatient Clinic Role:

Position Requirements:
  • Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing required.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of job-related experience required, with 6-10 years preferred.
Licensure/Certifications:
  • CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification
  • Current Registered Nurse License in Illinois
  • Nurse Practitioner License in Illinois
