Job Description

Corporate Systems Furniture Installation Manager Full-time position, NY Position Description We are looking for a leader, a skilled and experienced Furniture Installation Project Manager to join our Installation Project Team & lead our CRS install teams. CRS offers a variety of services, our Project Managers are able to adapt to different project situations (i.e. New furniture delivery & install, reconfigurations, Moving, Custom Scope, etc.). CRS Project Managers are trained to be detail oriented and ready to adapt to a constantly changing scope of work & industry. Role & Responsibilities Report directly to the Installation Division Manager. Your primary goal is to plan and manage each project assigned by the Operations Team. Follow the guidelines of the move plan and budget while frequently updating & tracking progress with clients & budget with CRS. Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure you have the necessary resources to complete each project, running cost analysis with completion review of all aspects, change orders & delays for accurate invoicing. • Read and interpret architectural drawings and furniture plans for proper verifications & installations. • Survey different scopes of work for quoting, verify job site conditions & verify site dimensions for accurate layouts and installation timelines • Create install schedules, coordinate with client, GC & CRS Ops for proper materials & labor. • Lead warehouse, installation & mover delivery crews providing direction to meet daily schedules, project timeline and quality standards. • Conduct punch list walks and develop snag lists of any deficiencies or issues. • Interface directly with clients throughout projects to provide updates and gather feedback. Qualifications • 5+ years' experience installing commercial systems furniture. • 2+ years' experience managing high level corporate installations. • Ability to read architectural drawings and develop furniture layouts. • Strong attention to detail to spot any issues. • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders. • Comfortable with taking charge and leading several teams. • Ability to generate concise cost analysis reports.
