Sodexo Live's! Airport Lounge Segment is seeking a seasoned General Manager to manage all food and beverage operations for the new Delta Sky Club at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). This is a high-profile position, that requires a seasoned hospitality professional. Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. Join our team of experience-makers and food fanatics and be part of creating memorable experiences! The Club General Manager will be a hands-on manager leading a staff of a Food Operations Manager, Chef, Floor Supervisors, Bartenders, Food Service Attendants and custodial staff. This role is a highly functioning and visible position working within the premier airport lounge market. Average daily guest counts are 600-700.

What You'll Do

• have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;
• achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
• motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff; and/or
• ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs.
• fully versed in Profit and Loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of operating a stand alone business.

What You Bring

• have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization;
• proven food and beverage management within hotels, restaurants or other upscale dining venue;
• ability to direct and lead large teams;
• possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service;
• exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
• demonstrate working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs;
• has experience in financials, preparation and oversight.
