About Capstone Hospitality:
Capstone Hospitality is an industry leader in private club membership sales, proudly partnering with more than 70 private and semi-private clubs nationwide. Our team has successfully driven membership growth at golf clubs, country clubs, yacht clubs, boat clubs, and racquet clubs across the United States.
We are currently seeking a motivated sales professional with a competitive background, ideally in golf or athletics, to join our team as aMembership Sales Director. This on-site, full-time role is responsible for executing membership sales strategies and building long-term relationships within a private client club.
Primary Role and Responsibilities include:
• Lead direct membership sales efforts on-site at the assigned private club
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual membership sales goals
• Implement Capstone’s proven sales and lead generation strategies at the client club
• Implement the Capstone Hospitality lead generation programs to generate new qualified leads for prospective new members
• Identify and generate qualified prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and local marketing
• Complete new member sales reporting and on-boarding documentation
• Collaborate with existing members and club staff to grow referral-based sales
• Serve as a visible and engaged member of the club’s team, providing exceptional service to members, prospects, and club leadership
• Generate and submit accurate monthly and annual sales reports
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or marketing
• Previous experience in competitive athletics (collegiate or professional level) strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
• Willingness to travel for training and relocate to a client club (locations vary across the U.S.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
• Strong organizational skills
Relocation Program and Training:
This role includes a mandatory two-week training program held at our headquarters in Jacksonville, FL. Upon completion, the Membership Sales Director will be placed at a client club based on qualifications and club needs. Relocation assistance may be provided. Income Summary:Average annual compensation INCLUSIVE of base + commissions is $75,000-$120,000+. Sales professionals enjoy the ability to control their own income with uncapped commissions.
