What You’ll Do
As aProject Manager, you'll be the boots on the ground, ensuring smooth operations on job sites. Your responsibilities will include:
Field & Operational Leadership
• Oversee daily job site activities and assist with monitoring job budgets.
• Participate in scheduling to maximize efficiency.
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct quality control audits and ensure work meets our Properly Painted Surface standards.
• Quickly resolve field issues and provide on-site solutions.
• Supervise subcontractors and, when needed, act as an on-site, non-working supervisor.
• Assist in managing travel jobs on a rotating basis.
Safety & Compliance
• Perform safety audits on every job site visit.
• Ensure employees follow PPE and safety protocols.
• Verify the accuracy of reports, including job visit reports and hour audits.
Administrative & Financial Support
• Participate in job cost reviews and expense tracking.
• Assist with invoicing and ensure timely billing.
• Provide field feedback to improve operational efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table
• Experience in construction, painting, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Willingness to work in various environments, including outdoor and indoor job sites.
• Ability to stand, walk, and navigate job sites for extended periods, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Proficient in project scheduling and resource management.
• Knowledge of quality control processes within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and construction estimating is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
