Short Description
This role supports administrative requirements and activities for Addiction Medicine grants. Â It assists with ensuring grant compliance that is part of an effort to increase and sustain grant funding. Â
Â
Assist with monitoring and upkeep of grant requirements
Â
Prepare interim and final grant reports.
Â
Keep management aware of grant opportunities and key deadlines.
Â
Organize and compile appropriate data, draft text, and prepare grant applications and proposals for submission to governmental agencies, foundations, and corporations in a timely manner.
Â
Coordinate and ensure the timely submission of agency private/foundation grants applications.
Â
Identify, pursue and write new sources of both public and private grant revenue.
Write external and internal  communications whether print (newsletters, annual reports, brochures, etc.) or web-based
Â
Assist with special projects and complete other duties as assigned by the President and CEO.
Â
Will be required to register and schedule patients per grant requirements.Â
Â
Update patient insurance coverage/guarantor accounts per grant requirements.
Â
Maintain and update patient registration records for grant billing purposes.Â

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Special Requirements
Communication – Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers
