Neco Finance is seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to spearhead the development and design of our visual branding, brand book, marketing materials, templates for presentation, logos and illustrations.

• Developing and evolving a consistent, modern, and appealing visual branding for Neco
• Developing a comprehensive brand book outlining visual guidelines, including color schemes, typography, and image styles, to maintain brand consistency across all materials.
• Designing, creating, and evolving logos, template designs and illustrations
• Creating engaging visualizations and infographics for the company's white papers and other marketing material
• Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design assets for various marketing campaigns, such as banners, social media graphics, and advertisements.
• Designing templates for presentations, pitch decks, and other materials.
• Working closely with copywriters and content creators to integrate visual elements seamlessly into marketing collateral, ensuring cohesive storytelling and messaging.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including brank book and templates
• Proficiency in design tools
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time, while collaborating effectively with a remote team
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum) and project management tools
• Minimum capacity of 10h per week
• Passion for design, with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Alignment with our social and environmental values and motivation to serve the greater good
• Design experience in the web3 industry is a plus
• Experience in UI/UX Design is a plus
