Graphic Designer - Association Office

POSITION SUMMARY: The Graphic Designer I works closely with the Marketing team to design and produce effective marketing and program collateral, supporting new membership acquisition, retention and public awareness. The Graphic Designer I has the responsibility to meet the outcomes and deliverables as defined by the branch executive of each assigned branch location, and provide creative solutions for association-wide initiatives and projects. SALARY RANGE:$27.00 - $31.00/hour ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Develop marketing materials that adhere to YMCA of the USA brand standards,ensuring clear and consistent communication across all platforms. • Design a wide range of print and digital assets,including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, web visuals, signage, and event materials. • Collaborate with branch staff and stakeholdersto manage projects from concept to completion. • Translate ideas and messaging into effective graphic designs, often within tight deadlines. • Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS: • Associates degree • Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience using MacOS platform, Adobe Creative Suite, with strong working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop. • Excellent organizational and communication (oral and written) skills to work in a busy work environment with a high degree of accuracy. • Experience in video production, photography, and/or website design/management preferred, but not required • Ability to travel locally • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
