Graphic Designer/Project Coordinator

Job Description Title: Graphic Designer/Project Coordinator We’re looking for a versatile professional who is equal parts creative designer and organized project coordinator. This hybrid role blends graphic design with customer service, quoting, and scheduling, ensuring each project runs smoothly and on time. Job Responsibilities Graphic Designer: · Create professional designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), as applicable. Designs consist of, but are not limited to, vehicle wraps, exterior sign layouts, various event branding applications and banners. · Develop vector artwork and production-ready files for vinyl cutting, printing, and routing. · Reviewing and modifying client provided design files to ensure the best quality print output. · Provide proofing of all files for client approval. · Responsible for maintaining excellence through the process to ensure high-level quality and craftsmanship for all projects. Project Coordinator · Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project. · Consult with clients to understand their needs, provide design recommendations, and guide them through the process. · Prepare accurate job quotes, including materials, labor, and installation costs. · Schedule projects from design to production to installation, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors as needed. · Manage updates, approvals, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery. · Schedule and attend site surveys to gather accurate project details Requirements Experience & Skills: · High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred · 1+ years of experience in the large format printing industry · Experience with the following software programs: Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office · Knowledge of sign production processes, materials, and installation methods. · Strong attention to detail fused with great multi-tasking ability · Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a group and operate efficiently in a time sensitive production environment · Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly. · Experience creating quotes and managing project schedules. · Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. · Must have personal vehicle and ability to drive to off-site locations as needed (Driver’s license required) · May be required to work odd hours and occasional weekends as customer demands dictate Benefits · Competitive salary based on experience · Causal work environment · Paid Training · Health Insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Relocation assistance Ability to Commute: • Buda, TX 78610 (Required) Work Location: In person
