Job Description

About Kojo

It's time to build. Whether it's creating more housing, upgrading our infrastructure, or adapting to climate change, one thing is clear: the construction industry is at the center of solving our biggest problems. We’re making buildings cheaper and easier to build by transforming the way commercial construction companies buy their materials. Join us.

Founded in 2018, Kojo is now one of the fastest-growing construction technology companies in the world. Construction accounts for $10 trillion in global spend annually and we can’t live without its output - our roads, schools, hospitals, and offices. Despite this, there’s been very little innovation over the past 70 years in how materials - which constitute up to 40% of project costs - are bought and sold. This is our opportunity.

Integrations are core to Kojo delivering business value to both buyers and sellers across the 7 Step Plan-to-pay process. This Group Product Manager will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and implementation of both our buyer and seller integrations. They will work collaboratively across Kojo’s product teams to define the quarterly deliverables for each of these areas in accordance with Kojo’s overall business goals, while creating the mechanisms for guaranteeing that a quality product is delivered that meets customer and vendor expectations.

About the Role

This role will include:

  • Defining, propagating, and implementing integrations strategy alongside Sales, CS, Product and Engineering counterparts

  • Distilling strategy into quarterly plans that drive agreed-upon, high priority business goals

  • Delivering high quality end-to-end customer experience with Kojo integration program, in a manner that meets or exceeds expectations

  • Partnering with Engineering to create metrics and accountability systems to ensure product performance exceeds internal expectations

  • Overseeing the build out of Kojo’s Vendor Integrations program with counterparts to define strategy, performance metrics, and maintain overall accountability across stakeholders.

About You

If you are a curious, thoughtful product leader excited about the unique opportunity to own and drive an industry-changing aspect of the Kojo platform, apply below!

What you’ve accomplished:

  • 2+ years overseeing a complex integrations program, preferably of a SaaS application into legacy systems

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager, experience as a team lead or manager of Product Managers is a plus

  • Demonstrated experience building metrics / SQL

  • A deep customer-centric curiosity that has allowed you to learn quickly on the job with the desire to learn multiple functional areas of business

  • Reliable use of sound judgment to assess risk and implement solutions

  • Ability to communicate your ideas in a well-structured, data-informed way

  • Demonstrated understanding of product discovery and delivery

  • Successful collaboration with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders

  • Track record of success combining practical and conceptual thinking skills with proof of impact on a complex problem space

What you care about:
