Gynecologist - West Grove, PA

ChristianaCare is searching for a full time BC/BE GYN Physician. As a member of the Women’s Health  team, responsibilities will encompass general Gynecologic care in the ambulatory setting. This Gynecology practice is located in a multidisciplinary setting that offers patients access to Urogynecology, Urology,  Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Breast Surgery,  Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Endocrinology, Cancer Care, Radiation Oncology, Imaging and Laboratory Services. The Women’s Health team works in close collaboration with specialty GYN service lines, Urogynecology, MIGS, and GYN Oncology, and with the ChristianaCare general OBGYN practices to meet the needs of all the women it serves.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat gynecological problems
• Opportunity to provide outpatient surgical services for GYN conditions
• Assist in practice management supporting the Medical Director, Ambulatory Women’s Health, and Practice Manager
• Work cooperatively with other members of the division and department in outreach programs
• Provide additional gynecological medical services as part of on-call responsibility
• Assist community partners in “seamless” care model coordinated with CCHS

Position Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree from an accredited medical institution
  Completion of accredited OB/GYN-residency
• Board-eligible or Board-certified
• DE/PA Licensure
• Qualified to achieve active staff status in the ChristianaCare OB/GYN Department
