We have steady day shift work 40 hours a week with overtime availability. We are looking for skilled handymen who have been doing multiple trades, carpentry, painting, light electric and plumbing etc., if you’re fully tooled and experienced, we will compensate you for your worth and then some. Company vehicle Great working environments Experience: 5+ years of commercial and or residential carpentry, drywall installation and finishing, mill-work installation, commercial ceilings, commercial doors and hardware, painting, etc. Light electrical wiring skills including ballast, lighting, troubleshooting, ect. Plumbing skills for new fixture installs, basic plumbing repairs including soldering and PVC, and familiarity with commercial flush systems. Duties: Provide a select client base with all the resources they need to maintain and upgrade their facilities. This position is responsible for the day-to-day needs of multiple clients and workload could vary widely. Attributes: This position is unique and requires a professional, responsible, take charge individual who has the ability to be self-managed and work independently, or be a team player on larger projects. The ability to blend with the clients and reinforce the relationship with them is a solid +.
