Join us as a Head of CPG Consulting based in Australia (Melbourne or Sydney), and this is some of what you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for the Regional CPG Consulting team of 5 and resourcing (recruiting & partner involvement) in line with RELEX Strategy and growth targets
• Accountability for the quality and development of the regional RELEX CPG Consulting Method in the Region
  • Consolidating, promoting and validating CPG Consulting method based on RELEX Best Practices
  • Accountability for the quality of the RELEX CPG Implementations in the region 
  • Escalation point for CPG related topics across customer lifecycle 
  • Two way Collaboration with Central CPG organizations
  • Business Lead role in key implementation projects in the region

• Accountability for the Growth Path of the CPG Consulting team members in the Region
  • Definition and execution of CPG Consulting training model
  • Accountability for RELEX CPG Partner training in the region
  • Accountability for coaching and support structure for the CPG Consulting 

• Support presales and sales in CPG sales cases:
  • Acting as RELEX CPG Subject Matter Expert (SME) during Presales process 
  • Participating in Project Sales: Representing RELEX CPG Consulting in Prospect meetings, Project planning, SOW Preparation, Commercial and contractual discussions
  • Final responsibility for the workload estimations of the CPG Projects

We are looking for:

In this role you are expected to have experience and knowledge from GPC and Manufacturing processes and from effectively working with software tools as drivers of business value. You have a proven track record of project sales & software project delivery and delivering software implementation projects, building and managing consultancy teams, and managing relationships to senior management. 

• Experience in supply chain planning in the CPG sector. This could include roles in production management, supply chain management, operations, or manufacturing within CPG companies.
• Extensive experience demonstrating a strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing principles. Adept at optimizing production processes and managing end-to-end manufacturing and distribution operations
• Experience from Consulting and managing growth of a of consultancy unit
• Excellent communication skills English – any other Asian language is a strong plus. 
• Previous experience working or implementing APS solutions or other advanced planning and scheduling software is a plus
