Job Description
• Manage day-to-day project operations from pre-construction through closeout
•
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets
•
Coordinate with superintendents, subs, vendors, and design teams
•
Lead client meetings and ensure high-quality delivery
•
Identify and resolve project challenges early and efficiently
•
Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are met

5+ yearsof experience as a Project Manager incommercial interiors
•
Background inmultifamilyandhealthcareprojects required
•
Bachelor's degree inConstruction Management,Civil Engineering, or related field
•
OSHA 30Certification
•
Procore Certified
•
Strong command of budgeting, scheduling, sub coordination, and client communications
•
Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders toward shared project goals
