During every interaction, we display three behaviors: • Smile, display energy and open body language • Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service • Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation Essential Job Functions: • Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, escalators, offices and other front of the house and back of the house areas. • Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors. • Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. • Polishes metalwork. • Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. • Washes windows, door panels, and sills. • Transports trash, waste and recyclable materials to disposal area. • Transports small equipment or tools between departments. • Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: • High school education or general education degree (GED). • One year related experience or training preferred. • Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Advanced knowledge of building systems technology required. • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. Physical and Mental Demands: • Regularly required to walk, see; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. • Frequently required to balance and stoop, kneel or crouch. • Occasionally required to talk and hear. • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. • Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
