Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, OS support of Windows, Linux, macOS with iOS tablets and phones;
• Ability to installing the required software;
• Support of IP telephony hardware configuration (IP-telephony, laptops, smartphones);
• Repair of PCs and laptops (assembly of computers, diagnostics, replacement, disassembly/assembly of laptops for cleaning, testing);
• Local network laying, configuration, maintenance;
• User's workplace preparation;
• Ability to manage user's accounts (creation, deletion, modification);
• Setting office equipment (printing, scanning, etc.);
• Local and remote support to users from different locations;
• Selection and ordering of hardware and components, their installation and configuration;
• Consulting and training of users;
• Mentoring of Junior specialists in team.

Requirements:

• Windows Server setup, understanding forest architecture, AD, DNS, RDP;
• Azure Settings, Azure AD;
• Knowledge of postal services;
• Excellent knowledge of PC components, understanding of compatibility, and optimization;
• Ability to work with logs, debug error report;
• Troubleshooting at the software level;
• Working in a UNIX shell, basic commands;
• Working in CMD WIndows, basic commands;
• Knowledge of ip telephony;
• Working with ACS at the administrator level;
• Polish - upper-Intermediate to Native;
• English - Intermediate to Advanced;
• Ukrainian will be a plus.
