The Practice
• Join a thriving cancer center with a collegial team of Hem/Onc physicians, APPs, and radiation oncologists
• Primarily outpatient practice with a 70/30 oncology-to-hematology mix
• Flexible scheduling including a 4-day workweek and rare call responsibilities
• Access to state-of-the-art technology, including an on-site infusion center, Tempus AI, CT scanner, da Vinci robot, and in-house pathology
• Deliver advanced, personalized care in a setting that supports innovation without the red tape

Compensation & Benefits:
• $650,000 base salary + productivity model with earning potential above the 75th percentile
• Lucrative sign-on bonus to support your transition
