Now Hiring: Housekeeping | Facilities Location: Germantown, PA 19144 Pay: $17.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: Sunday - Thursday from 8am - 4pm We are hiring a Housekeeping | Custodian | Facilities to work 1st shift-flex. Position Primary Duties: • Sweeping, moping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, removing trash, cleaning bathrooms, and laundering. • Grounds keeping of the facility such as lawncare and snow removal as needed. • Light maintenance as needed. • Work flexible hours, dictated by operational needs such as emergencies and inclement weather. Comprehension and understanding of basic English. Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or GED. The position requires a responsible person with ability to follow directions, pay attention to detail, and work independently. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to read, write, and communicate basic information in English. Additional Requirements: The candidate must pass required Criminal Record History Clearance, FBI, and Child Abuse History Clearance, as well as possess a valid PA driver's license and maintain a good driving record throughout employment. The candidate must pass a pre-employment Physical & Drug Screening & possess the ability to attend and successfully complete all required trainings.
