Job Description
We are presently seeking anHR Coordinatorwho will provide HR support to our employees by assisting with talent acquisition, onboarding, answering benefit questions, enabling a positive and productive work environment, etc. at the Boulder, Colorado site.
Your responsibilities:
- Enters data into HRIS, payroll, recruiting, and timekeeping systems
- Maintains spreadsheet logs for various HR processes
- Updates recruiting spreadsheets and coordinates printing and posting of open requisitions
- Assists with onboarding of new candidates and uploading new hire information to various systems
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Maintains HR paper files
- Performs pre-screen phone calls and interview scheduling
- Assists with Front Desk responsibilities
- Maintains communication with departments on all human resources-related issues
- Ensures that human resources needs of internal customers are met on time
- Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and accessibility to the managers and employees
- Maintains excellent relationships with both direct business partners and peripheral departments that interact with direct support groups (i.e. closely related departments, payroll, accounting, etc.)
- Forge strong relationships with hiring managers and partners within the business
- Learn basic functions in Ultipro and the basics of the recruiting process
- Other duties as assigned
Your requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred
- Two+ years of administrative experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to build close relationships with employees and candidates
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors a plus
- Experience with behavioral-based interviewing and general recruitment processes
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Understand employment laws, general OSHA regulations and compliance
- Must be a team player
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. Benefits start day 1: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, PAID Maternity/Paternity leave, Tuition Reimbursement, Long-term and Short-term disability.
Pay Range: $23 - $27 per hour based on experience.
