HR Project Manager

$36.06 per hour As the contracted staffing firm FOR DFW International Airport, we are seeking a HUMAN RESOURCES PROJECT MANAGER GENERAL SUMMARY: This role will be primarily focused on supporting HR leaders managing key projects. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plan, scope, schedule, and budget HR transformation projects, including human capital capacity planning • Lead project governance: maintain RAID logs, chair status meetings, and prepare executive reports and committee updates • Partner with the change management to develop and execute strategies • Coordinate cross-functional; resources and externa vendors: track performance against KPI’s and adjust plans to meet targets • Map “as is” and “to be” HR processes • Identify, log, and mitigate project risks; ensure compliance with HR policy and data privacy • Conduct post-implementation reviews; capture lessons learned, calculate ROI, and transition deliverables to operational owners with clear SLAS • Champion a culture of date-driven decision making by building dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) that translate complex matrix into actionable insights through partnership with ITSMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Project Management • Three (3) years of related professional-level experience in human resources or organizational development. • Technical Skills – Proficiency with project-management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and familiarity with leading HRIS/ATS platforms (Workday) • Certifications – At least one of the following: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or Prosci Change Practitioner • Core Competencies – Proven stakeholder influence, analytical problem solving, executive communication, and disciplined risk management#IND1
