Essential Responsibilities:

  • HR Senior executive level support: comprehensive scheduling, coordinating complex global travel arrangements, multitasking across the C-Suite, providing executive support both in the US and traveling internationally, and effectively manage all essential tasks with minimal direction
  • Project Management: management of special projects, coordinated and conducted training for staff and partners
  • Proactive: Present to potential opportunities and challenges and able to initiate action for resolution
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proofreading, open communication with staff, approachable, mentor and leader to other support staff

Job Complexity

  • Completes a wide variety of complex projects and assignments requiring specialized skills and knowledge.
  • Applies analytical thought to resolve complex issues, and uses multiple sources of information and judgment to develop and implement solutions
  • Considers implications to other functions in resolving issues, and deals with complex cross functional processes, systems and applications
  • Resourceful problem solver - able to navigate and get work done effectively.

Accountability

  • Acts independently to determine methods/procedures on new assignments
  • Collaborates with teams in other functions
  • Actively promotes activities to improve or streamline processes

Relationship Focus

  • Works with peer executive administrator network to arrange events/calendars
  • Facilitates and coordinates activities and resources across functional teams
  • Is a driver for global networking within own function and contributes proactively to the cross functional/global networking.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience supporting senior level executives
  • Requires higher education or specialized training or certification
  • Leverages project management skills to collaborate with others
  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting Human Resources executives or functions

Expected Salary Range

$65,000.00 - $134,300.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
