The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. **Duties:** - Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner - Provide information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or surveys - Perform data entry tasks accurately - Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions **Experience:** - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus - Ability to effectively communicate with customers - Experience with outbound calling and upselling techniques is beneficial - Multilingual abilities are advantageous - Strong data entry skills - Sales experience is a bonus This position offers competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
