HVAC Installer Responsibilities: As a retrofit lead installer you will perform installation of furnaces, heat pumps, and A/C. HVAC Installer Qualifications: Lead installers should have a minimum of 3 years experience as a lead installing residential HVAC equipment and the leadership skills necessary to supervise and develop junior installers.
