HVAC Service Technician

Are you an experienced HVAC Service Technician who loves troubleshooting, keeping customers comfortable, and earning great money while doing it? What You’ll Do • Handle service calls and maintenance visits for residential customers. • Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems (gas, oil, heat pumps, central AC, mini-splits, hot water, and steam systems). • Provide system recommendations and offer products like air purification, smart thermostats, and system upgrades. • Build lasting relationships with our customers by being professional, helpful, and friendly. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years experience in residential HVAC service and maintenance. • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for all types of systems. • Ability to confidently recommend upgrades and explain product benefits to homeowners. • EPA Certification & valid driver’s license required. • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
